Balance, mobility, style and skill are all important components that you can work on to improve your overall health and physical capabilities.
Focusing predominantly on body weight, my services include yoga, acroyoga, broyoga, calisthenics and personal training.
My programming is heavily yoga focussed. I use kettle-bells, squat racks and monkey bars with an overall aim to increase the entire body’s ability to move and work as an integrated machine.
I practice Calisthenics, I love partner exercises, partner stretching and promote listening to your body.
Considering all of this, I understand the importance of stimulating the body, pushing it past it’s comfort zone to promote physiological change.

WHAT SORT OF BACKGROUND IN FITNESS DO I NEED TO WORK WITH YOU?
I work with all types of experience- from ultra marathon runners to acrobats wanting to take the next sept in their training to complete beginners. I value a client who self motivates. Who wants me to help them, as a professional and who understands that real progress comes from within. Someone who is willing to learn and explore and more importantly someone that is ready to believe that fitness and the gym doesn’t have to be a grind - it is what you make of it!
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
Simply put, programming is heavily yoga/calisthenics focussed. There is so much value in increasing the entire body’s ability to move and work as an integrated machine. Nonetheless, I also use kettle-bells, squat racks, monkey bars and partner exercise to stimulate the body and push it past it’s comfort zone to promote physiological change.
WHAT'S YOUR CONSULTATION PROCESS?
We'll meet for a coffee and have a chat about your goals, focus and direction. From this, we can start to design specific goal structuring. We may do a fitness test for starting point. From here I'll design 8 week/ 3 month plan depending on goals.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE
